- Reference survey: Provide three professional references who can speak to your work and impact.
- Recorded interview: Participate in a brief recorded interview to discuss your consulting approach, expertise, and commitment to equity.
- Review & decision: Once your application, references, and interview are complete, our team will review your materials and provide a decision within a few weeks.
