Jason Carter

Jason is responsible for growth, engagement, business development, marketing, and branding at Catalyst Exchange. Previously, he led business development for the College Board, working closely with the BigFuture team, and managed national assessment programs like Praxis and HiSET at ETS. Passionate about leveraging education to improve outcomes for historically underserved communities, Jason brings a wealth of experience to his role.

Before his education career, he worked at JPMorgan Chase in the Commercial Bank and participated in the Internal Consulting Services program, along with a stint at MDM Equity Partners. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS from Georgetown University.

In his spare time, Jason serves on his local school board, is a member of Innovation for Equity, and enjoys completing marathons, gardening, and building with Legos alongside his wife and daughters.
