Mara Burke

Mara Burke is the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Catalyst Exchange, bringing 18 years of experience supporting C-level leaders across high-growth startups, mission-driven organizations, and global enterprises. She is known for bringing clarity and calm to fast-paced environments, helping executives focus on what matters most by streamlining workflows, strengthening systems, and aligning teams around strategic priorities.

Before joining Catalyst Exchange, Mara served as Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer at AG1, a global health and wellness company, where she managed complex international calendars, led logistics for executive offsites, and drove culture-building initiatives. In previous roles, she partnered closely with CEOs and leadership teams in finance, compliance, and nonprofit sectors, enhancing operations, building strong systems, and supporting organizational growth.

Mara holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. Based in South Carolina, she enjoys pickleball, hiking, traveling, and time with her husband, young daughter, and two golden retrievers.
