Strategy & Services
As the Vice President of Strategy & Services, Tiffany ensures Catalyst Exchange drives innovation across the public and social sectors. She leads the team responsible for designing and delivering evidence-driven services that strengthen organizational capacity and impact for partner organizations. Tiffany also oversees the organization’s work to pilot new initiatives to advance the broader field of capacity-building, grow and engage a diverse provider network, and identify actionable insights to help schools, nonprofits, and government agencies achieve transformational outcomes.
Tiffany is a builder and connector who brings a deep passion for advancing justice and impact in complex systems in the US and global communities. She founded, led, and scaled an award-winning social impact nonprofit focused on improving school leadership and student outcomes in marginalized communities in Kenya. Over the course of her decade-long tenure, Tiffany cultivated a robust network of grassroots, civil society, and government actors to build the case for investing resources in informal settlements, leading to $65M in new funding for education in urban slums. More recently, Tiffany led an $8M investment portfolio focused on increasing racial diversity in education leadership at a national venture philanthropy, and provided strategy consulting services for education, climate justice, and economic mobility initiatives. She serves on several national and international non-profit boards where she coaches CEOs, provides strong governance, and navigates executive transitions. Born and raised in Oakland, she developed an enduring belief in the power of cross-racial movements, equity, and leadership development in her youth and early-career experiences as a college admissions counselor, public school teacher, and community organizer. After living in various cities across the US and globe, Tiffany is raising two children with her husband back in the Bay Area. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Wellesley College and an Ed.M. in School Leadership from Harvard University.
