Introducing a Smarter Matching Experience

Organizations can now review and select providers before projects open to the full network. This step gives both sides earlier structure and clarity.

As a provider, this means you can:

See where organization interest exists early on in the project matching process

Focus on opportunities that align with your expertise

Spend less time on proposals that may not be the right fit

Get a faster, clearer signal of where you’re being actively considered

How it Works

Think of the Provider Preview as your “entry point” to each opportunity!

Step 1_ Get Notified

Step 1: Get Notified

When a project aligns with your expertise, you’ll receive an email invitation to express interest.

Step 2_ Submit Your Preview

Step 2: Submit Your Preview

Share a short, focused introduction highlighting your relevant experience and approach.

Step 3_ Organizations Review

Step 3: Organizations Review

Using previews, they identify which providers best align with their project goals.

Step 4_ Receive an Invitation (if selected)

Step 4: Receive an Invitation (if selected)

If you’re invited to submit a proposal, you’ll know early and you’ll receive guaranteed feedback later in the process.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I update or submit my Provider Preview?

You’ll receive an email invitation for each project opportunity. From there, you can access your Provider Preview and make updates directly.

Will all projects include Provider Previews?

Yes. This is now the standard part of our matching process. Some projects may skip this step, but most will include it as the first phase before full proposals.

What happens if I’m not invited to submit a proposal?

You’ll receive an email letting you know. You can still choose to submit a proposal later when the project opens to the full network, just note that the organization may already have identified preferred providers.

How are invited proposals different?

The proposal content remains the same. The difference is in feedback. Your project dashboard will show what to expect:

  • Invited proposals = full feedback guaranteed
  • Non-invited proposals = feedback optional
How might this change my approach?

Use Previews to focus where you’re most aligned. You’ll spend less time crafting proposals for mismatched projects and more time engaging where there’s a clear potential fit.

How can I make my Preview stand out?
  • Write focused, relevant summaries
  • Tailor your experience to the project
  • Present your expertise confidently
What do the system messages mean?
