Alicia Hernandez serves as the Finance Manager, where she brings clarity, care, and a people-first approach to finance. In her role, she is responsible for contract and wallet management, helping ensure financial operations are organized, transparent, and supportive of the organization’s work.
Based in Georgia, Alicia has over 10 years of experience helping nonprofits strengthen their financial systems and operate with confidence. A first-generation professional, she holds both an M.Ed and an MBA from Mercer University and is known for being warm, approachable, and refreshingly not your typical finance leader.
Outside of work, Alicia enjoys traveling, keeping up with football, exploring new cities, and visiting unique food spots.
