Toni White is the Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives at Catalyst Exchange where she executes new cross-functional initiatives. She also oversees our portfolio of community-based organizations, which has allowed her to implement capacity-building support with grantees of the NewSchools Venture Fund, the Kauffman Foundation, and the Walton Family Foundation. Prior to joining Catalyst Exchange, Toni’s professional experience includes serving as an elementary school teacher through Teach For America, specializing in policy & advocacy work across multiple education agencies, and practicing law for the State of Texas. Outside of work, you can find her embracing rest and relaxation.
