Ayo supports the implementation of a seamless experience for users and partners on Catalyst Exchange's platform. Her passion for creating systems began during her time as a Match Corps member in Boston, where she tutored students in grades 6–8 and gained firsthand insight into how schools run. That experience sparked a career spanning over a decade in K–12 school operations, with a focus on building efficient systems and ensuring smooth user experiences. Ayo believes that a well-rounded education is one of the most powerful tools a person can have, which is why she is passionate about ensuring equitable access for all. Outside of work, Ayo enjoys reading, exploring new walking spots around town, and experimenting with new recipes.
