Brooke is a Senior Manager on the Strategy & Services team at Catalyst Exchange, helping to support the implementation of pilots trialing innovative approaches to the organization’s work. Prior to this role, she supported the successful launch and operation of exchanges held in partnership between Catalyst Exchange and funders including NewSchools Venture Fund, Kauffman Foundation, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and Oak Foundation.
She brings background and expertise working within the education and related services sector in various capacities, including as a school-based and in-home Speech-Language Pathologist, an ABA therapist, inclusion aide, and TEFL teacher abroad. She is passionate about education and being a part of the change to transform the system into a more equitable one that supports, uplifts, and empowers all students. Outside of work, you can find her cultivating hope for a more just world, crafting, reading, spending time in nature, and being a cat mom.
