Chelsey Freeman Williams is the Director of Services at Catalyst Exchange, where she leads the design and delivery of services that support organizations in strengthening leadership, systems, and impact.
She previously served as Chief People Officer at Lead For Liberation, leading leadership development and organizational strategy grounded in emotional intelligence and liberatory practices. Chelsey also brings experience from the tech sector, adding a cross-industry lens to her work in building and scaling effective teams.
Chelsey began her career as a Teach For America corps member and holds a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She has spent over a decade supporting leaders and organizations in creating cultures where people and performance can thrive.
Outside of work, Chelsey enjoys building community, spending time with her family, gardening, and creating intentional spaces for connection and growth.
