Katy is a customer experience and operations leader with a passion for building high performing teams and creating exceptional experiences for both customers and employees. Throughout her career, she has led customer support and operational teams through growth, transformation, and change with a focus on developing people, improving processes, and delivering meaningful results.

She is especially excited to support the education community through her work. Growing up with educators in her family - including a mom who teaches early childhood education and a brother that teaches at the secondary level - she has seen firsthand the dedication and impact educators bring to their students every day. This personal connection fuels her commitment to helping school and educators access the tools and support they need to succeed. Katy is proud to contribute her experience in service and operations to an organization dedicated to supporting educators and student success.

Based in Alabama, Katy enjoys spending time with her family, catering to the demands of her two cats, traveling to concerts, and making memories at Disney parks.
