Lindsey Tucker

Lindsey Tucker is a Director of Services at Catalyst Exchange where she provides strategic direction and capacity advising to support organizations actively advancing their mission. She partners with impact driven organizations, agencies, and intermediaries to ensure services translate into meaningful results for partners and communities. Her work centers on helping organizations make sense of complexity, translating strategy into practical tools, and cultivating the structures that allow ambitious ideas to take hold and grow. Lindsey brings more than two decades of experience in education, nonprofit leadership, and systems level change. Prior to joining the organization, she led regional and community-based initiatives focused on expanding access through education, economic mobility, and cross-sector collaboration.

Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys impulsive home and gardening projects, locking into mainstream sports action, and embracing a parenting style that nurtures curiosity, autonomy, and critical thinking… but also values structure and bedtimes.
