Marian Blair is an artist and designer based in Kingston, New York, with 15 years of experience in the social impact space. As the product design and UX lead at Catalyst Exchange she creates accessible, user-friendly tools to help educators, nonprofits, and communities thrive.
She has worked with organizations like Idealist, KaBOOM!, Child First Authority, and Pearson among others designing projects that boost reach and advance meaningful missions. Marian holds a Master’s in Community Arts from Maryland Institute College of Art and a BFA in Illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design.
When she’s not designing, she loves hiking, reading in a hammock, and making art.
