Matt Lynch

Matt Lynch is the Senior Director of Services at Catalyst Exchange, where he leads the service delivery team and works to strengthen how partners experience our community and impact. His career centers on designing thoughtful, human-centered experiences that help communities reimagine what’s possible. Matthew has supported organizations across the globe including in India, Uganda, and Nicaragua. His support has spanned across sectors such as economic development, public health, education, and asset-based community development. He brings deep expertise and finds joy in stewarding programs through pivotal moments of transition, shaping learning environments, and building systems that support long-term organizational growth and effectiveness.

Outside of work, he spends his time exploring nature with his wife, over-investing in the success of Liverpool FC, and finding wonder in the smallest things the world has to offer.
