Nybria Acklin

Nybria Acklin (she/they) is the Human Resources Manager at Catalyst Exchange. She is responsible for for managing various HR functions including but not limited to, recruitment and selection, onboarding and offboarding, and performance evaluation. As the Manager, she supports HR’s goal deliver on the promise to strengthen the organization’s functions, foster a safe and inclusive culture, and deepen team capacity to achieve the organization’s mission.

Prior to joining the Operations team, Nybria was responsible for the day-to-day management of key programmatic initiatives, including project management, communications, and information management for the initiatives’ project matching process.

Outside of work, Nybria enjoys art museums and the outdoors. She is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
