Rohini is responsible for managing and growing our K12 nonprofit portfolio to ensure that our equity-centered approach to capacity building leads to impact for the education sector. Since joining Catalyst Exchange in 2019, she has managed our work with the Gates Foundation’s Networks for School Improvement Community of Practice, including the development and launch of the Learning Lab for School Improvement Teams. In addition to the Gates Foundation, Rohini also manages our capacity building efforts for several of our philanthropic partners including New Schools Venture Fund, Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, and the Oak Foundation. Prior to Catalyst Exchange, Rohini was a management consultant for 15 years, most of which was spent with clients in the education sector. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new places with her family, dancing in the car, and grocery shopping solo.
