He leads Agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects move with clarity, speed, and strategic alignment. With a background in both tech and the creative arts, Zach brings a unique lens to problem-solving. Balancing structure with innovation to help mission-driven teams deliver lasting impacts.

Prior to Catalyst Exchange, Zach supported various tech organizations in healthcare, education and finance. Outside of work, he is also a photographer, traveler and storyteller passionate about capturing joyful moments and building authentic community.
